三峡工程一期土石围堰是前期工程的关键单项工程,在围堰运行期,对围堰堰体、柔性防渗心墙及渗流渗压状态进行监测和分析,掌握围堰运行全过程的工作性态,以确保围堰本身的安全以及三峡右岸一期工程的安全顺利进行。分析表明:围堰堰体的工作性态基本正常,变形在空间上协调;柔性防渗墙防渗效果明显,应力状态安全稳定;除局部地段渗流量较大外,渗流状态基本正常。目前围堰是稳定安全的。
