针对航空发动机石墨密封组件结构特点和平面度测量技术要求,提出应用光波干涉法对航空发动机密封件平面度误差实施检测专用装置的设计、测量、平面度判读等。
Aiming at the structural characteristics and flatness measurement technology requirements of aeroengine graphite seal assembly, the design, measurement and flatness interpretation of a special device for detecting the flatness error of aeroengine seals are put forward based on the light wave interference method.
