农村小学留守儿童的校本管理工作非常重要,但笔者通过调查发现农村小学留守儿童的校本管理工作存在以下问题:组织制度缺乏力度,缺少专业的心理辅导,留守儿童的档案还不够完善,安全管理还存在盲区。通过对以上问题的分析,笔者提出了解决问题的策略:学校层面应提高制度的执行力;要将留守儿童的管理纳入教师业绩评价机制;班主任不仅要学习留守儿童的相关专业知识,还应加强师德师风建设;充分发挥优秀班集体的育人作用,形成积极良好的班风,给留守儿童创造一个积极健康的成长环境。
School-based management of left-behind children in rural primary schools is very important, but the author found through surveys that school-based management of left-behind children in rural primary schools has the following problems: lack of organization system, lack of professional counseling, inadequate archives of left-behind children, There is a blind spot.
