为了加强食用菌质量安全监管,科学指导生产、正确引导消费,对广东省境内的食用菌生产基地及流通场所进行了实地调查和抽样检测。结果表明:当地食用菌生产基地使用的主要农药为敌敌畏、阿维菌素、咪鲜胺、乐果、草甘膦等,其中敌敌畏和阿维菌素的使用量大;在抽取的51份样品中检出了多菌灵、乐果、阿维菌素、毒死蜱、马拉硫磷、哒螨灵、啶虫脒、甲氰菊酯、氟胺氰菊酯9种农药残留,所有样品均未检出甲醛。故广东省食用菌生产过程中应控制多菌灵、阿维菌素和敌敌畏等农药的使用量,建议对使用量较大农药(如敌敌畏、阿维菌素、咪鲜胺、乐果、草甘膦等)进行重点风险评估。
