IL-6 not only displays diverse biological activities in the immune system but also in the hematopoietic system, nervous system, endocrine and metabolic systems, and is involved in many diseases. In vitro experiments have demonstrated that IL-6 cooperates with IL-3 to increase the clone of bone marrow cells and promote the differentiation and maturation of megakaryocytes. In vivo experiments show that IL-6 can increase CFU-S in the spleen of normal mice. Promote the reconstruction of hematopoietic system after bone marrow transplantation in model mice. After administration of IL-67 for 5 days, the hematopoietic stem cells/precursor cells and platelets in the spleen recovered well and the specific antibody production was enhanced. In the 300 mg/kg 5-FU (>LD_(50)) comparison study, the 30-day survival rate was 20% in the control group.
