在HIGH-MULTI5000型热压机上对含有人工预置内部裂纹的20MnMo钢及20号钢试样进行了愈合实验,发现热塑性变形条件下,存在于预置内部裂纹区域的裂纹缝隙消失,裂纹完全愈合,愈合区内为铁素体,与无塑性变形、仅经过高温处理的试样内部裂纹形态进行对比,表明热塑性变形条件下愈合进程大大加快,但愈合区与基体组织形态不一致的状况并未改善
