对低C高Nb微合金化的HTP工艺X80管线钢管GMAW焊接纵向环焊缝力学性能和断裂性能做了定量分析,试验使用X80级1 219 mm×22 mm UOE直缝埋弧焊管,在弯曲宽板试样的焊接中心线和HAZ表面开缺口试验,对母材和焊缝的拉伸性能、屈服强度过匹配、V形缺口夏比冲击韧性、CTOD韧性、宽板拉伸试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,-20℃下,高Nb HTP管线钢管可以达到很大的纵向后屈服应变,同时证明了8%的过匹配是比较合理的要求。
The mechanical properties and fracture properties of GMAW welded longitudinal Girth weld were investigated quantitatively in a low C high Nb microalloyed HTP process X80 grade 2191 219 mm × 22 mm UOE LSAW pipe. The welding center line and the HAZ surface notching test of the wide plate specimens were carried out. The tensile properties of the parent material and the weld, over-matching of the yield strength, V-notch Charpy impact toughness, CTOD toughness, analysis. The results show that high Nb HTP pipe steel pipes can reach a large post-yield strain at -20 ℃, and it is proved that an over-matching of 8% is reasonable.
