The new round of curriculum reform advocates “based on the process to promote development ” curriculum evaluation, this is not only the evaluation system changes, but more important is the evaluation of ideas, evaluation methods and means and evaluation of the implementation process of change. The discipline of information technology has always focused on student practice training, requiring students not only to understand the subject knowledge but also to operate. The traditional teaching evaluation pays more attention to the results. It often uses a test paper or a work to represent the student’s academic performance, ignoring the student’s learning situation at each period, mastering the situation, and working hard, without forming a true formative assessment. The function of evaluating and promoting development is well played. Information technology classroom is the classroom of students’ wisdom. It is a classroom for students to use various subjects and is a classroom for students to use information technology tools. Because of the openness of the Internet, it is still an open classroom. Classroom works, as the name implies, means that the students explain and think through the teacher’s knowledge in the course of a class.
