我科采用胰岛素泵控制初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖,与常规皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖方法相比,取得明显临床疗效。1对象与方法1.1对象2004～2006年于我院住院的初诊2型糖尿病患者51例,均符合1999年WHO糖尿病诊断和分型标准,均无急慢性并发症和心、肝、肾疾病史。将51例患者随机分为2组:
