以5个结球甘蓝(Brassicaoleraceavar.capitata)为亲本,按Hayman双列杂交法配制杂交组合,对叶球主要经济性状的遗传规律进行研究。结果表明,叶球横经、紧实度和重量,符合加性—显性模型。叶球纵径和中心柱长可能存在非等位基因间的互作。叶球纵径、横径、重量和中心柱长为超显性遗传,对这些性状宜利用其杂种一代。受控显性基因,叶球纵径至少4对,横径和叶球重量至少3对,紧实度和中心柱长至少1对。
Five crosses of Brassica oleraceavar.capitata were used as parents to study the inheritance rules of main economic traits of leaf globe by means of Hayman’s double-line hybridization. The results showed that the leaf traverse, compaction and weight conform to the additive-dominance model. There may be non-allelic interactions between leaf diameter and central column length. Longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, weight, and central column length of the leaves are over dominant genes. Hybrids should be used for these traits. Controlled dominant genes, leaf vertical diameter of at least 4 pairs, diameter and leaf weight of at least 3 pairs, the compaction and the central column length of at least one pair.
