针对电网运行面临风险不断增多的问题,结合地区电网实际运行经验,曲靖供电局研究并构建了电网运行安全风险立体管控体系。体系以输变配电设备一二次设备特性和状态为基点,在长中短时间全阶段,各种风险源全包含,各种稳定分析全校验的三维度空间内将风险网块化,在全参与多配合模式下实现风险管控。
In view of the increasing risk of grid operation, combined with the actual operation experience of regional power grids, Qujing Power Supply Bureau has studied and constructed a three-dimensional management and control system of grid operation safety risk. The system takes the primary and secondary equipment characteristics and status of power transmission and distribution equipment as the starting point. In the whole short, medium and short term period, all kinds of risk sources are contained, and the risk is nested in three dimensional space of all verified stability analysis. In the full participation in multi-cooperation mode to achieve risk management.
