目的:多指标综合评分法优化获得马齿苋纳米乳喷雾的最佳提取工艺。方法:分别以处方单味药马齿苋的总黄酮含量及该单味药提取液体外抗炎效果(IL-6、THF-α值)与体外抗氧化效果(DPPH抑制率)作为指标,综合评分后优选出马齿苋纳米乳喷雾的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳条件为料液比为1∶6,乙醇浓度为70%,提取时间1 h,提取温度95℃。结论:本文首次通过综合评分法获取了马齿苋纳米乳喷雾的最佳提取工艺,为该制剂的进一步研发奠定了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of purslane nanoemulsion by multi-index comprehensive score method. Methods: The total flavonoids content of single prescription purslane and the anti-inflammatory effect (IL-6, THF-α) and the anti-oxidative effect (DPPH inhibition rate) in vitro of the single herb extract were taken as indexes The best extraction process of the purslane nano-emulsion spray was selected after the score. Results: The optimal conditions were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 6; the concentration of ethanol was 70%; the extraction time was 1 h; the extraction temperature was 95 ℃. Conclusion: The best extraction technology for the purslane nanoemulsion spray was obtained by the comprehensive score method for the first time, which laid the foundation for the further development of this formulation.
