营养是人们赖以生存的物质基础,人体所需营养素主要来源于食物,动物性食品是人体所需多种营养素的主要来源。在我国,随着人们物质、文化、生活水平的提高,动物性食品种类繁多,食用野生动物食品者越来越多,生食或半生食动物食品成为一种时尚。这些不良生活习惯,导致动物源性寄生虫病发生和流行,严重危害广大群众的身体健康和生命安全,影响儿童生长发育和成人劳动生产力,是一个不容忽视和亟待解决的重要公共卫生问题。为给寄生虫病防治及食品安全对工作提供参考,本文结合我国实际,试对动物源性寄生虫病预防控制策略进行探讨。
Nutrition is the material basis for people’s survival. The nutrients needed by the human body are mainly derived from food. Animal food is the main source of various nutrients required by the human body. In our country, with the improvement of people’s material, culture and living standards, there are many kinds of animal foods, and more and more people eat wild animals and animals. Raw or semi-raw foods have become a fashion. These unhealthy habits lead to the occurrence and prevalence of animal-derived parasitic diseases, which seriously endanger the general health and safety of the general public, affect the growth and development of children and adult labor productivity, and are an important public health issue that can not be ignored and urgently solved. In order to provide a reference for the prevention and control of parasitic diseases and food safety, this paper discusses the prevention and control strategies of animal-borne parasitic diseases based on our country’s actual conditions.
