报告43例肾肿瘤和61例膀胱肿瘤石蜡包埋组织流式细胞术（FCM）检测结果:脱氧核糖核酸指数、S期细胞比例和细胞增殖指数在膀胱肿瘤和肾肿瘤间以及不同组织来源肾肿瘤间（肾细胞性、移行细胞性、胚胎性和结缔组织性）差别无显著性,而与病人预后关系密切;在膀胱肿瘤和肾肿瘤分级和分期的基础上,FCM检测可提供更多有关预后信息。
Report 43 cases of renal tumors and 61 cases of bladder tumor paraffin-embedded tissue flow cytometry (FCM) test results: DNA index, S phase cell ratio and cell proliferation index between the bladder tumor and renal tumor and renal tissue from different tissues There was no significant difference between the two groups (renal cell, transitional cell, embryonic and connective tissue), but closely related to the prognosis of the patients. On the basis of grading and staging of bladder tumor and renal tumor, FCM could provide more information about the prognosis information.
