庆深气田天然气集输系统普遍采用火炬放空系统实现紧急事故放空和检修放空,实际生产中多用于开井清理井筒杂质和积液进行放空,放空燃烧时由于存在杂质和积液而不完全燃烧,产生NO、CO等有毒有害物质,污染环境、浪费能源。本文以AS1集气站为例,通过对回收自用气工艺和CNG撬装储运两种技术进行简要分析,通过技术的引进和应用实现放空天然气的回收利用,创造经济价值同时实现节能降耗、保护环境。
The natural gas gathering and transportation system of QingShen gas field generally adopts the torch venting system to realize emergency venting and overhaul venting. In actual production, it is mostly used to open well to clean wellbore impurities and effusion for venting, incomplete combustion due to impurities and effusion during venting, Produce NO, CO and other toxic and harmful substances, pollute the environment, a waste of energy. Taking AS1 gas gathering station as an example, this paper briefly analyzes two technologies, self-contained gas recovery technology and CNG skid-mounted storage and transportation, realizes the recovery and utilization of natural gas through the introduction and application of technology to create economic value and achieve energy saving, protect environment.
