目的 颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者,研究早期康复护理对其心理状态及神经功能的影响.方法 在特定时间段(2020年10月~2021年5月)内,选取本院收治的52例颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者展开研究,按照随机抽样法分成对照组(n=26)、观察组(n=26),对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予早期康复护理.对比两组患者的心理状态、神经功能缺损评分、运动功能评分、生活质量评分、治疗效果.结果 护理前两组患者的心理状态相比较(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均比对照组更低(P<0.05);护理前两组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、运动功能评估(FMA)评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者的NIHSS评分比对照组更低,且FMA评分更高(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分、治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者行早期康复护理,不仅能够缓解患者的负性情绪,降低神经缺损程度,还能有效提高运动功能、生活质量和治疗效果.“,”Objective To study the effects of early rehabilitation nursing on the mental state and neurological function of patients with movement disorders after head injury. Methods During a specific period of time (October 2020 to May 2021), 52 patients with dyskinesias after craniocerebral trauma were selected for research in our hospital, and they were divided into control group (n=26) and observation according to random sampling method. In the group (n=26), the control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given early rehabilitation care. The psychological status, neurological deficit score, motor function score, quality of life score, and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The psychological status of the two groups of patients before nursing was compared (P>0.05), after nursing, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the National Institutes of Health stroke scale (NIHSS) and Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) scores of the two groups before nursing have no significant difference (P>0.05), and the NIHSS scores of the observation group after nursing are compared with the control the group was lower, and the FMA score was higher (P<0.05); the quality of life score and the total effective rate of treatment of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation care for patients with movement disorders after craniocerebral trauma can not only relieve the patients\'\' negative emotions, reduce the degree of neurological deficits, but also effectively improve motor function, quality of life and treatment effects.
