结果 bag-1 rs706120存在单核苷酸多态性;bag-1 rs706120多态性在近期疗效中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A/A基因型晚期NSCLC患者中位无进展生存期长于A/G及G/G基因型(163 d vs.126 d,P=0.027);与肺癌分期共同影响PFS。结论 bag-1 rs706120 SNP可能是晚期NSCLC患者铂类化疗敏感性潜在的预测因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of bag-1 intron and chemosensitivity of advanced NSCLC to platinum-based chemotherapy. Methods The genotypes of bag-1 gene rs706120 in 156 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) were genotyped by ASP-PCR, and their short-term and long-term effects were followed up. Using SPSS software for data analysis. Results There was a single nucleotide polymorphism in bag-1 rs706120. There was no significant difference in the bag-1 rs706120 polymorphism between the two groups (P> 0.05). The median progression-free survival rate of patients with advanced NSCLC with A / A genotype Longer than the A / G and G / G genotypes (163 d vs.126 d, P = 0.027); PFS was associated with lung cancer staging. Conclusions bag-1 rs706120 SNP may be a potential predictor of sensitivity to platinum-based chemotherapy in advanced NSCLC.
