所谓变式练习,是相对于常式练习而言。常式练习是指不改变原来练习程序,一味地重复地使用同一形式的练习。它的动机是想通过“大运动量”来提高学生的成绩,其实这是一种不经济也不人道的教学策略,重复地长期运用会使学生产生厌烦,降低学习兴趣,结果是得不偿失,劳而无功。台湾心理学家王克先曾经举过这样一个十分生动的例子:有一个学生常把I have gone写成I have went。一天,教师罚他在教室里连写五十次,但当他写完五十遍后,留一个字条给老师,上而写着:Dearsir,I have went home。这个例子告诉我们,过度的练习。并不能改变学习者的错误,因为他“心不在焉”,并
The so-called variant exercises are relative to regular exercises. Ordinary practice refers to using the same form of practice repeatedly without changing the original practice program.
