应用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究退火工艺(单步法和两步法)对形变量为99%的镍基带中立方织构形成的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,镍基带中立方取向和其它取向的晶粒平均尺寸不断增加,立方取向晶粒的平均尺寸比其它取向晶粒的平均尺寸要大,而且随着退火温度的升高,这种晶粒尺寸优势不断的增加;低温退火时退火工艺对立方织构含量影响不明显,而高温退火时其立方织构含量大幅增加;相对于单步退火法,两步退火法能有效的提高镍基带中立方织构的含量。
The effect of annealing process (one-step and two-step) on the formation of neutral cubic texture in Ni matrix was investigated by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD). The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the average size of grains in the neutral orientation and other orientations of nickel matrix increases continuously. The average size of cubic orientation grains is larger than the average size of other orientation grains. With the increase of annealing temperature , The grain size advantage keeps increasing. The effect of annealing process on the cubic texture content is not obvious at low temperature annealing, while the cubic texture content at high temperature annealing significantly increases. Compared with the single-step annealing method, two-step annealing Method can effectively improve the nickel matrix in the cubic texture content.
