社会网络和网络镶嵌理论认为,企业运用嵌入在社会关系网络中的资源对绩效产生积极作用。为了揭示关系网络对绩效影响的变化趋势,构建了复杂网络演化模型,剖析了企业内外关系网的周期性特征。从产业生命周期的视角出发,对1952个上市公司进行实证分析,检验了企业内外关系网对绩效的正效应。结果显示随着产业阶段的推移,企业内部关系网对绩效的影响是先降后升的,而外部关系网则相反;在成长期和衰退期,内部关系网对企业绩效的贡献超过了外部关系网,成熟期的结论与之相反,表明内部关系网的作用更为深远,企业对内部关系网的维护应趋向长期化。
Social network and network inlay theory believe that the use of enterprises embedded in the social network of resources to produce a positive effect on performance. In order to reveal the changing trend of the influence of the relationship network on the performance, a complex network evolution model is constructed and the periodic characteristics of the internal and external network of the enterprise are analyzed. From the perspective of industry life cycle, empirical analysis of 1952 listed companies to test the positive effect of the internal and external network of enterprises on performance. The results show that as the industrial stage goes on, the impact of internal network of enterprises on performance first drops later, while that of external network on the contrary. During growth and recession, internal network contributes more to business performance than external relationship On the contrary, the conclusion of the Internet and mature period shows that the internal network is more far-reaching and the maintenance of the internal network of enterprises should tend to be long-term.
