大学生在面对学业与择业、不同类型的人际交往、个性与人生目标的建树等方面都存在不小的压力与困惑,累积或沉淀出影响力极强的心理健康问题,因而,探索出一条适合大学生心理健康教育的有效途径,已成为了高校亟须解决和面对的问题。本文通过阅读疗法的概念性阐述,在不同的层面和视角下,从信息服务的角度,对大学生展开系统咨询,运用“四法并举”的互助教育方法,实现主体、媒介和方法的立体化运作模式。
