随着现代经济社会的不断发展和进步,事业单位所发挥的作用开始逐渐提升,怎样保证其对社会经济发展的积极功效不受到影响,并提升对社会发展做出的贡献,成为各个事业单位需要考虑的问题。而人力资源作为其开展各项工作的基础,只有做好人力资源管理工作,才能够保证政策的执行更具有力度。受到各种因素的影响,目前事业单位人力资源管理过程中还存在很多需要解决的困境,本文就对这些困境的存在进行分析,并提出有效的解决方案,从而促进事业单位各项工作的顺利进行。
