露天采矿机结构特点独特,可对煤层及夹矸精确开采,从而减小煤损和混矸.为了确定采矿机合理的选采厚度,基于采矿机切削滚筒的实际轨迹,建立了煤损与混矸模型,并给出了选采效果关键评价指标—含矸率和毛煤热值的计算公式,得出露天采矿机选采效果与煤层的煤层总厚度正相关,与大夹矸总层数及小夹矸总厚度成负相关.通过对选采厚度的影响因素分析,确立了选采厚度的确定原则.通过对胜利一号露天煤矿的实例研究,结果表明:5#煤夹矸多,煤层薄,确定合理选采厚度为0.25m,为确定采矿机的选采厚度提供了分析方法和理论依据,完善了露天采矿机工艺的理论.
