本试验是研究高梁糖蜜应用稀无机酸在较高温度下的水解动力学。业已发现,在硫酸浓度0.010075—1.0075%温度60—100℃、盐酸浓度0.01—1.0%温度60—80℃下,水解是一级反应。基于实验数据导出了考虑到酸浓度和温度的动力学方程。研究表明,两种酸的水解程度具同样数量级,意味着硫酸中的第二个氢原子没有参与水解作用。
This experiment is to study the hydrolysis kinetics of sorghum molasses using dilute mineral acids at higher temperatures. It has been found that the hydrolysis is a first order reaction at a sulfuric acid concentration of 0.010075 to 1.0075% at a temperature of 60 to 100C and a hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.01 to 1.0% at a temperature of 60 to 80C. Based on the experimental data, the kinetic equation considering the acid concentration and temperature is derived. Studies have shown that the degree of hydrolysis of the two acids is of the same order of magnitude, meaning that the second hydrogen atom in the sulfuric acid is not involved in the hydrolysis.
