Salburua社会住宅项目依据当地的城市规划条件设计,包括一座21层的塔楼和一个高度由4至7层变化的连续的U形体量。该项目所有的大门都开设于地面层,该层还设有9个商业单元。两层地下空间占据整个场地,车库、储藏室和机房,地面之上用于建造住宅。建筑设计以节约能源为原则,并遵循开发商提出的相关标准。城市总体规划为建筑高度的确立留有余地,建筑师得以通过限制南侧建筑的高度设计了面向阳光最大面积的庭院和立面。
The Salburua social housing project is designed according to local urban planning conditions and includes a 21-storey tower and a continuous U-shaped body of varying heights from 4 to 7 floors. The main entrance of the project is located on the ground floor, which also has 9 commercial units. Two levels of underground space occupy the entire site, garage, storage room and engine room above the ground for the construction of residential. Architectural design to energy conservation as the principle, and follow the developers of the relevant standards. The master plan for the city leaves room for the height of the building, and the architects have designed the courtyard and façade facing the largest area of the sun by limiting the height of the south-side building.
