在制造用于电视机的正向AGC晶体管中,如何控制AGC特性,对制造者来说是极为重要的。本文通过数学上的推导,建立起控电流I_o与畦外延层厚度W_c,发射极面积的关系式;晶体管功率增益K_p与特征频率f_T、集电极电流I_c的关系式;K_p随I_c的变化率关系式。利用公式估算并与实际做了比较。最后讨论了改善AGC特性的途径。
How to control the AGC characteristics in the manufacture of forward AGC transistors for televisions is of paramount importance to the manufacturer. In this paper, we establish the relationship between the control current I_o and the thickness of the epitaxial layer W_c and the emitter area through the mathematical derivation. The relationship between the transistor power gain K_p and the characteristic frequency f_T and the collector current I_c. The relationship between K_p and I_c formula. Use formulas to estimate and compare with the actual. Finally, the ways to improve AGC characteristics are discussed.
