今夏八月,近50名儿童戏剧工作者欢聚在渤海之滨,共同研讨如何发展儿童戏剧事业,同时还欣赏了中国艺术节“大连之夏”的精湛演出。全国儿童剧研讨学习班由全国少年儿童工作协调委员会、文化部少年儿童文化工作委员会、文化部艺术局、中国儿童戏剧研究会联合举办。学习班共有两个中心议题:如何改进专业儿童戏剧团体的管理与提高儿童剧创作质量。21个儿童剧团体的负责人与剧作家先分题探讨,又一起对话,交流信息,交换论点,彼此得益菲浅。三中全会以来,全国已举办了三次儿童剧研讨会,其间,还进行了全国儿童剧汇演和学校剧创作评奖。这说明,党和国家对这个事业的重视与扶植,这说明,儿童戏剧是少年儿童十分需要的审美教育与娱乐活动。 In August this summer, nearly 50 children theater workers gathered at the coast of the Bohai Sea to discuss how to develop the children’s theater business. At the same time, they also admired the superb performance of the festival “Summer of Dalian”. The National Children’s Drama Seminar was jointly organized by the Coordination Committee for Children and Adolescents in China, the Children’s Cultural Work Committee of the Ministry of Culture, the Arts Bureau of the Ministry of Culture, and the China Children’s Theater Research Association. The workshop has two central topics: how to improve the management of professional children’s theater groups and improve the quality of children’s drama creation. The heads of 21 children’s play groups discussed with the dramatists in the first place and then talked together, exchanging information and exchanging arguments to benefit each other. Since the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, three seminars on children’s play have been held across the country. In the meantime, the national children’s play show and school drama awards have also been conducted. This shows that the emphasis and support given by the party and the state to this cause shows that children’s drama is an aesthetic education and recreational activity that children and adolescents need much.
