I. INTRODUCTION Electroplating is widely used in modern machine manufacturing industry and instrument manufacturing industry. The so-called electroplating is the use of metals precipitated from the aqueous salt solution (with or without electricity), so that the surface of a metal plated with another metal. Electroplating has great significance for improving the quality of parts surface: (1) Strengthen the surface hardness of parts and improve wear resistance. (2) Protecting metals from corrosion caused by surrounding media—This is especially important for instruments. (3) Trimming parts or tools are worn or damaged. (4) The surface of the decorative part. Therefore, plating workshops are provided in modern machine manufacturing plants and instrument manufacturing plants. The main task of the electroplating workshop in the factory is to coat the surface of the product with a layer of metal or a layer of chemical
