目的:建立妇产科临床护理的教学路径,并且研究教学路径在教学中的具体应用。方法:建立妇产科临床护理的教学路径,将2013年-2014年的实习护士作为研究对象,其中2014年46名实习护生为观察组,采取临床护理教学路径模式;2013年43名实习护生为对照组,采取传统带教模式。对比两组实习护生的出科综合考核成绩,同时结合带教老师和实习护生对临床护理教学路径的建议。结果:观察组实习护生的出科综合考核成绩明显高于对照组实习护士,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而带教老师和实习护生对教学路径有着较高的评价。结论:临床护理教学路径能够提高妇产科护理教学的质量,引导实习护生更好的完成实习,避免了传统带教的随意性和重复,促进带教护士与实习护生的积极性。
Objective: To establish the teaching pathway of clinical nursing in obstetrics and gynecology and to study the specific application of teaching path in teaching. Methods: To establish the teaching pathway of clinical nursing in obstetrics and gynecology, taking the trainee nurses from 2013 to 2014 as the research object, including 46 intern trainees in 2014 as the observation group, taking the path of clinical nursing teaching mode; 43 in 2013 Born as a control group, to take the traditional teaching mode. Comparing the results of the comprehensive examination of the two groups of internship nursing students, combined with the teaching teacher and internship nursing students on the path of clinical nursing recommendations. Results: The results of comprehensive examinations in clinical subjects were significantly higher than those in control subjects (P <0.05), while the teachers and intern nurses had a higher evaluation of teaching paths. Conclusion: The path of clinical nursing teaching can improve the quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing teaching, guide the intern nurse to complete the practice better, avoid the arbitrariness and repetition of the traditional teaching and promote the enthusiasm of the nurse in nursing and intern nursing.
