提出了一种由NURBS曲面及解析曲面元素构成的组合曲面数控加工无干涉刀具路径的生成方法.该方法将组合曲面加工中的干涉分为两种:一种是构成组合曲面的各曲面元素间的干涉;另一种是曲面元素自身的干涉.对于第一种干涉,通过曲面裁剪构造组合曲面的等距面而得到消除;第二种干涉则通过消除轨迹线自身的相交部分而得到消除.
A method to generate the path of the non-interfering tool is proposed based on the combination of NURBS surface and analytic surface elements. This method divides the interferences in the machining of combined surfaces into two types: one is the interference between the elements of the curved surfaces that make up the combined surface, and the other is the interference of the curved elements themselves. For the first type of interference, the equidistant planes of the combined surfaces are created by surface clipping and eliminated; the second type of interference is eliminated by eliminating the intersection of the trajectories themselves.
