分析了扭转振动的非接触测量方法原理及模拟式仪器结构特点 ,指出了影响测量精度的因素 .结合我校的实际需要 ,研制了一套满足高速内燃机轴系测量要求的扭振测量装置 .经标定 ,该装置性能能够满足科研和教学的需要 .
The principle of non-contact measurement method of torsional vibration and the structural characteristics of the analog instrument are analyzed, and the factors that affect the measurement accuracy are pointed out. A set of torsional vibration measurement device that meets the measurement requirements of high speed internal combustion engine shaft system is developed according to the actual needs of our university. Calibration, the device performance to meet the needs of scientific research and teaching.
