影响油田原油乳状液电脱水效果的因素也同样是影响原油乳状液静态情况下电脱水电流的因素。在电脱水模拟试验过程中,可根据脱水电流随时间变化的曲线,快速准确地判断被测原油脱水的难易程度和脱水参数的改变对脱水效果的影响程度,从而节省研究时间和费用。对4种常见的脱水电流曲线进行了分析,指出了曲线变化的原因和改变措施,对原油电脱水处理技术研究具有一定的指导意义。
The factors affecting the dehydration effect of the crude oil emulsion in the oilfield are also the factors that affect the electrical dehydration current under the static condition of the crude oil emulsion. In the process of electric dehydration simulation, the degree of difficulty of dehydration of the measured crude oil and the influence of the change of the dehydration parameter on the dehydration effect can be quickly and accurately judged according to the curve of the dehydration current with time, so as to save the research time and the cost. The four kinds of common dewatering current curves are analyzed, and the reason of the curve changes and the change measures are pointed out, which is of guiding significance to the research of crude oil dewatering technology.
