1994年9月12日,在愚公移山传说诞生之地——河南王屋山下,黄河小浪底水利枢纽主体工程开工典礼盛况空前。台上,李鹏总理等国家领导人兴致勃勃,台下所有参战的各路大军方阵肃立,陕西省水电工程局的队伍特别引人注目,男士一律身着蓝色年仔服,配系红领带,头戴桔黄色安全帽;女士身着笔挺西装,艳丽套裙,统一短发,漂亮大方。男儿女士个个雄心勃勃,精神抖擞,英姿焕发,并肩站在部属各大局中间,局旗迎风飘扬;27辆大型工程车在队伍的左侧,列队傲然屹立,车顶悬挂着“陕西省水电工程局愿为小浪底工程做贡献”的横幅标语,好一派陕西人的壮志和丰采！
On September 12, 1994, at the birthplace of the legend of Yugong Yishan, under the mountain of Wangwu in Henan Province, the grand opening ceremony of the main project of the Xiaolangdi Hydro Project on the Yellow River was unprecedented. The leaders of Taiwan, Premier Li Peng and other state leaders showed great interest and all the troops participating in the war under the stage stood by each other. The ranks of Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Hydropower Engineering were especially noticeable. All men were dressed in blue suits and red ties , Wearing an orange helmet; Ms. wearing a suits, bright skirts, uniform short hair, beautiful and generous. Men and women all ambitious, full of energy, full of heroism, stood shoulder to shoulder in the middle of the subordinate major Bureau, the flag fluttered in the wind; 27 large construction vehicles in the left side of the team, marching proudly standing, the roof hung “Shaanxi Provincial Hydropower Project Council is willing to contribute to Xiaolangdi project ”banner slogan, a group of Shaanxi people’s ambitions and Feng mining!
