用热膨胀仪(Dilatometer)、热综合分析仪(Tg-DTA)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对TeO_2单晶的热膨胀行为进行了实验研究。首次报道了用顶杆法测定370~500℃、沿α和c轴向的TeO_2单晶热膨胀系数α_α和α_c;用Tg-DTA法测定TeO_2的熔点并对其热膨胀系数和熔点的关系作了讨论;还从TeO_2单晶的晶体结构和解理特性以及α轴和c轴的化学键键强比较对其热膨胀的各向异性行为作了进一步探讨。
The thermal expansion behavior of TeO_2 single crystal was investigated by means of Dilatometer, TG-DTA and XRD. For the first time, the coefficients of thermal expansion α_α and α_c of TeO_2 single crystals along the α and c axis at 370-500 ℃ were measured by the mandrel method. The relationship between the thermal expansion coefficient and the melting point of the TeO_2 was also discussed. The anisotropy of the thermal expansion of TeO 2 single crystal was also investigated by comparing the crystal structure and cleavage properties of TeO 2 single crystal with that of the α-axis and the c-axis.
