1989～1991年,我们在B超引导下经皮或经阴道穿刺抽液后注射饱和明矾溶液治疗卵巢囊肿11例、14个囊肿,取得了良好效果。1.一般资料:本组11例的年龄为23～54岁,平均38岁。B超提示:8例为单发,1例双侧各1个囊肿,2例同侧2个囊肿;除1例巧克力囊肿内见细小光点回声外,其余囊壁均清晰、光滑,腔内为无回声暗区,后方回声增强。最大超声测值为10.2cm×
From 1989 to 1991, we treated 11 cases of ovarian cysts and 14 cysts with percutaneous or transvaginal puncture fluid injection and treated with saturated alum solution under the guidance of B-ultrasound.
