围绕劳资关系这一社会经济现象,形成了一系列当代具有代表性的西方劳资关系理论流派,基于不同的学术旨趣和价值关怀,各自提出了富有实践指导意义的理论观点。但这些学术流派存在一个共同的缺失:假定劳资双方利益偏好和利益分歧是固化的。通过对当代劳资关系理论的检视和反思,在建构主义的观照下,本文认为劳资双方并非总是追求利益最大化,相反在共享规则的建构下将达至彼此的利益认同。无疑,这种劳资双方利益认同的建构逻辑对于化解劳资冲突、创新企业管理具有重要的启示。
Around the social-economic phenomenon of labor-capital relations, a series of modern representative schools of western labor-capital relations have been formed. Based on different academic interests and values, they each put forward theoretical perspectives rich in practical guidance. However, there is a common deficiency in these academic schools: it is assumed that the preference of labor and capital and the disagreement of interests are solidified. Through the review and reflection on the contemporary theory of the relation between labor and capital, under the consideration of constructivism, this paper argues that both employers and employees do not always pursue the maximization of interests, on the contrary, they will reach the mutual recognition of interests under the construction of sharing rules. Undoubtedly, the constructive logic of the recognition of the interests of both employers and employees has important implications for resolving labor conflicts and innovating the management of enterprises.
