应用SD大鼠研究了氯乙醇(CE)对肝混合功能氧化酶(MFO)和肾上腺皮质功能的作用,以及肾上腺皮质功能对CE所致肝MFO作用的影响。结果显示,CE 可抑制肝MFO 和肾上腺皮质功能;切除肾上腺(ADX)可加重CE对肝MFO的抑制作用;补充地塞米松(Dexe)和在切除肾上腺后补充Dexe均可相应减轻CE对肝MFO的作用。提示CE对肝MFO的抑制与肾上腺皮质功能状态有关。
The effects of chloroethanol (CE) on hepatic mixed-function oxidase (MFO) and adrenocortical function were studied in SD rats and the effects of adrenocortical function on hepatic MFO induced by CE were studied. The results showed that CE inhibited hepatic MFO and adrenocortical function; removal of the adrenal gland (ADX) aggravated the inhibitory effect of CE on hepatic MFO; supplementation of Dexe and dexe after excision of the adrenal gland reduced the effect of CE on hepatic MFO Role.
