一、前言:PTFE基自润滑复合材料良好的摩擦学性能及其在航空航天工业上的广泛应用引起了人们的普遍关注。很多学者对PTFE基自润滑复合材料中填料的减摩耐磨机理进行了研究,但仍无统一的观点。所以,作者在研制具有高PV值的PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承的同时,利用EPM—810Q型电子探针对PTFE基自润滑复合材料轴承在对对偶表面的转移膜进行了考察,进而对PTFE基自润滑复合材料的摩擦机理进行了研究,为PTFE基自润滑复合材料的进一步应用提供科学依据和参考。
First, the preamble: PTFE-based self-lubricating composite materials, good tribological properties and its widespread use in the aerospace industry has aroused widespread concern. Many scholars have studied the antifriction and wear-resistant mechanism of filler in PTFE-based self-lubricating composite materials, but there is still no unified viewpoint. Therefore, while developing the PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearing with high PV value, the author used EPM-810Q electron probe to investigate the transfer film of the PTFE-based self-lubricating composite bearing on the dual surface, Based self-lubricating composite friction mechanism has been studied for the PTFE-based self-lubricating composite materials for further application of scientific basis and reference.
