目的:观察兔肌肉种植VX2瘤前后及在肝、肺发生转移后白细胞介素-2、6、8(IL-2、6、8)的改变情况。方法:将健康雄性3年的新西兰大白兔80只,分成2组,外照射、体外高频热疗组(治疗组)、对照组,各40只。观察肿瘤直径,生存期同时检测IL-2、IL-6、IL-8在VX2瘤种植前后和发生转移后的变化情况。结果:治疗组肿瘤直径小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组兔生存期长于对照组(P<0.01);肺、肝转移在治疗组中明显少于对照组(P<0.01);VX2瘤移植成功后细胞因子的变化为IL-2、IL-8降低,IL-6增高(P<0.01);在发生肺、肝转移兔中相比IL-2、IL-8降低,IL-6增高,与未发生肺、肝转移的兔相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:VX2种植成功后对实验兔的IL-2、6、8产生影响;发生肺、肝转移后IL-2、IL-8逐渐降低,IL-6增高。
Objective: To observe the changes of interleukin-2, 6 and 8 (IL-2, 6, 8) in rabbit muscle before and after VX2 tumor implantation in the liver and lung. Methods: Eighty New Zealand white rabbits, healthy and male, were divided into two groups: external irradiation, high frequency hyperthermia group (treatment group) and control group (40 rats each). The diameter and survival of tumor were observed. The changes of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 in VX2 tumor before and after implantation were also observed. Results: The tumor diameter of the treated group was smaller than that of the control group (P <0.01). The survival time of the treated group was longer than that of the control group (P <0.01). The lung and liver metastasis in the treated group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.01) Compared with IL-2, IL-2 and IL-8 decreased and IL-6 increased (P <0.01) after IL-2 and IL-6 were increased , There was significant difference between the rabbits without pulmonary and liver metastasis (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The effects of VX2 implantation on IL-2, 6 and 8 in experimental rabbits were successful. The levels of IL-2 and IL-8 gradually decreased and IL-6 increased after lung and liver metastasis.
