本文结果表明,血管活性肠肽(VIP)可刺激人结肠腺癌HT29细胞产生cAMP,呈剂量依赖关系,VIP与异丁基甲基黄嘌呤(IBMX)联用刺激作用更强。较低剂量的VIP或双丁酰环磷酸腺苷(db-cAMP)单独能刺激细胞增殖,而高剂量VIP或db-cAMP,以及WP联用IBMX则抑制HT29细胞增殖。流式细胞仪分析表明,VIP联用IBMX或db-cAMP单独可延长细胞G0/G1期。
The results of this study indicate that vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) can stimulate the production of cAMP in human colon adenocarcinoma HT29 cells in a dose-dependent manner, and the combination of VIP and isobutylmethylxanthine (IBMX) has a stronger stimulatory effect. Lower doses of VIP or db-cAMP alone stimulated cell proliferation, whereas high doses of VIP or db-cAMP and WP in combination with IBMX inhibited HT29 cell proliferation. Flow cytometry analysis showed that VIP combined with IBMX or db-cAMP alone could prolong the G0/G1 phase of cells.
