表面质量是决定冷轧薄板总体质量的重要因素之一。目前,基于机器视觉发展而形成的表面质量在线检测系统已经开始在国内诸多钢厂得到实践应用。本文通过对以线扫描为基础原理的在线表面质量检测系统的分析,详细介绍了该系统的工作原理及多级分类规则的应用,并对检出效果进行了评述。某冷轧公司引入了配备高速摄像头以线扫描方式检测缺陷的表面质量在线检测装置,通过对系统参数进行优化以及应用多级分类检测规则,实现了对20余种常见表面缺陷的检测和判定,并对冷轧薄板表面质量进行全面监控,提高了薄板生产的可控性和生产效率。
Surface quality is one of the important factors that determine the overall quality of cold rolled sheet. At present, the on-line surface quality inspection system based on the development of machine vision has already begun to be applied in many domestic steel mills. Based on the analysis of on-line surface quality inspection system based on line scanning, this paper introduces the working principle of the system and the application of multi-level classification rules in detail, and reviews the detection results. A cold-rolling company introduced an on-line surface quality inspection device equipped with a high-speed camera to detect defects by line scanning. Through the optimization of system parameters and the application of multi-level classification detection rules, the detection and determination of more than 20 common surface defects were realized. The surface quality of the cold-rolled sheet is monitored comprehensively to improve the controllability and production efficiency of the sheet.
