当前，刑侦工作改革和侦查破案已取得明显成效，但面临的困难和问题也不少。为深化刑侦工作改革，争取侦查破案的更大成绩，文章认为应着重研究和解决四个问题：一、充分发挥刑侦部门破案主力军作用，努力提高破案数量和质量，多破案，快破案，破大案；二、不断总结实践经验，努力形成侦防一体、优势互补、相互促进的打防工作新格局；三、增强科技强警意识，大力加强刑侦科技和基础业务建设；四、切实加强刑侦队伍建设，提高刑警的整体素质。
