本文研究了邻菲罗啉氮氧化物-铜(Ⅱ)-过氧化氢化学发光体系的最佳反应条件,拟定了新的化学发光测定痕量铜的方法。本方法检出限为7.9×10 ̄(-9)mol/L,线性响应的浓度范围为1.6×10 ̄(-8)~1.6×10 ̄(-6)mol/L。考察了共存离子的干扰情况,用于铜精矿、茶叶及发样中铜的测定获得满意结果。本文还探讨了该体系化学发光的可能机理。
In this paper, the optimum reaction conditions of the oxanilide-copper (Ⅱ) -hydroperoxide chemiluminescence system with o-phenanthroline were studied, and a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace copper was developed. The detection limit of this method was 7.9 × 10 ~ (-9) mol / L and the linear range was 1.6 × 10 ~ (-8) ~ 1.6 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L . Investigated the interference of coexisting ions for the determination of copper concentrate, tea and hair samples obtained satisfactory results. This article also explored the possible mechanism of chemiluminescence.
