1983年2～10月对我院行手术治疗的299例急性阑尾炎患者进行前瞻性、随机非盲的临床观察,以分析评价短疗程甲硝哒唑加庆大霉素与其它两种抗菌方案预防切口感染的疗效,现介绍如下。
From January to October 1983, 299 patients with acute appendicitis undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital were prospective, randomized and unblinded clinical observation to analyze and evaluate the short course of treatment with metronidazole and gentamycin and two other antimicrobial regimens The effect of incision infection, are described below.
