目的 :制备消炎利胆散 ,研究其治疗胆囊炎、胆石症的作用机理及安全性。方法 :(1)动物实验直接并引流测定胆汁分泌、排泄量。作急性、亚急性毒性试验及LD50 测定。 (2 )化学分析测定胆红素、胆固醇分泌、排泄量。结果 :(1)消炎利胆散组较利胆醇和纯化水组胆汁分泌、排泄量显著增加 (P值分别 <0 .0 5和 0 .0 1)。 (2 )消炎利胆散组与利胆醇组较纯化水组胆汁中的胆红素含量差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,各组胆汁中胆固醇含量无差异。 (3)消炎利胆散LD50 >82 .8g·kg-1。结论 :(1)消炎利胆散利胆作用强。胆汁及其胆红素 ,胆固醇排出量增加与治疗胆囊炎、胆石症密切相关。 (2 )安全性好
Objective: To prepare Xiaoyan Lidan Powder and study its mechanism and safety in the treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. Methods : (1) Animal experiments were performed directly and drained to measure bile secretion and excretion. For acute, subacute toxicity test and LD50 determination. (2) Chemical analysis measures bilirubin, cholesterol secretion, and excretion. Results : (1) The secretion and excretion of bile in the Zhiyan Lidansan group were significantly higher than those in the bilechol and purified water group (P values <0.05 and 0.01 respectively). (2) The bilirubin content in the bile of the Zhiyanlidansan group and the bilechol group was significantly higher than that of the purified water group (P < 0.01). There was no difference in the cholesterol content between the bile in each group. (3) The LD50 of Xiaoyan Lidan was >82.8g·kg-1. Conclusion: (1) Anti-inflammatory, gallbladder and gallbladder have a strong effect. Bile and its bilirubin, increased cholesterol output is closely related to the treatment of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis. (2) Good security
