生产性灰尘是工业卫生上最重要问题之一,检查工矿内空气中灰尘的质与量是调查、研究及解决这一问题的首要步骤。灰尘的检查仪器种类很多,最近我国各地工业卫生机构及医学院都开始应用民主德国察司厂所出的灰尘计。这个仪器有它一定的用法,而所附的说明书讲得不大详细,茲就所知略述如下,以供大家参考。这一灰尘计是由柯质氏(Kotze)在本世纪二十年代中发明的。最初只有空气采样设备,采样後尚须另用显微镜作灰尘计数。大约在1935年前後,德国蔡司厂将它改良,并配上一个小显微镜,使采样与灰尘计数合而为一,大大地便利了生产性灰尘的检查工作。最近我国新到的仪器都是这种改良式。由於是蔡司厂的出品,所以又称蔡司灰尘计。这仪器应用撞击原理来采集空气中的灰尘。用一个金属弹簧作为采气动力。当掀紧的弹簧弹起
Productive dust is one of the most important issues in industrial hygiene.
