王浆系蜜蜂咽腺分泌物,化学成分复杂,含有蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸及多种糖类、酶及维生素等。国内、外均报道王浆有调节免疫功能及促使肝,肾细胞的增生等多种作用。我们自制王浆合剂(简称83合剂)作晚期血吸虫病(下称晚血)临床治疗观察及对晚血动物模型作实验治疗,初步分析报导如下: (一)临床治疗观察小结 24例晚血患者,均为余杭县血防医院住院病人,男15例,女9例,平均年龄为57.5岁(范围35～75岁)。其中腹水型15例,巨脾型9例(包括已切脾者3例)。随机分为
