在用墨汁灌注光镜观察法和微血管铸型扫描电镜观察法中,本研究通过调节墨汁浓度、铸型标本的腐蚀时间和腐蚀液浓度的方法,较好地保留了微血管管壁上的平滑肌。其中在墨汁灌注的组织切片上,以70%(墨汁:水)的墨汁浓度,在40%的氢氧化钠内腐蚀24小时,微血管管壁平滑肌保存效果最好。这为进行器官内微循环形态学研究时鉴别血管性质提供了方法学基础。
In the ink perfusion light microscopy observation and microvascular cast scanning electron microscopy observation, this study by adjusting the ink concentration, the corrosion time of the mold specimens and the concentration of the corrosive solution, the better retained microvascular wall smooth muscle. Microvascular wall smooth muscle preservation was the best in ink-infused tissue sections with an ink concentration of 70% (ink: water) in 40% sodium hydroxide for 24 hours. This provides a methodological basis for the identification of vascular properties in the study of microcirculation morphology in organs.
