碳素制品的石墨化就是将焙烧品(焦炭排列结构)转化为石黑结构(即排列整齐的石黑晶格),这一转变过程需要大量的电能。对上海来讲,电的供应一直处于紧张状态,我厂石墨化工艺用电又占全厂用电量的80%以上,因此从工艺操作上进行改革,降低能耗,增加效益是节能的重点。 石墨制品生产工序是:装入产品→通电加热→冷却→产品出炉→产品整理。从节能出算,要对每道工序进行节能挖潜。
