继2002、2003年两度于中国IT市场推出“满意度经济”、“满意度指数”理念及研究结果后,计算机世界传媒集团与中国质量协会用户委员会再度携手主办,“2004年中国IT用户满意度调查——2004年中国IT用户满意度年会”。 “2004中国IT用户满意度调研”样本涵盖20000家行业用户30000名消费用户,遍布全国范围31省市,全面覆盖1-5级IT市场。其中行业用户覆盖金融、电信、政府、制造、教育、交通、能源7大行业,银行、税务、钢铁、民航、电力等40个细分领域。样本选择均遵循“标杆用户+随机抽样”的原则,充分保障调研结果的广泛性、代表性及权威性、可靠性。
Following the concept of “Satisfaction Economy” and “Satisfaction Index” released by China IT market twice in 2002 and 2003, Computer World Media Group and User Committee of China Quality Association reopened their cooperation. “In 2004, the satisfaction of IT users in China Degree Survey - 2004 Annual Meeting of China’s IT User Satisfaction. ” The “2004 China IT Customer Satisfaction Survey” sample covers 30,000 consumer users in 20,000 industry users in 31 provinces and cities nationwide, covering a total of 1-5 IT market. Among them, the industrial users cover 40 subdivisions of finance, telecommunications, government, manufacturing, education, transportation and energy industries, banking, taxation, steel, civil aviation and electricity. The sample selection follows the principle of “benchmarking users + random sampling” to fully guarantee the extensiveness, representativeness, authority and reliability of the survey results.
